It’s of no surprise that the majority of our dishes, have rice as an accompaniment. In other instances it takes centre stage. Our variety of biryianis, including the aromatic and fragrant Hyderabadi Biryani, slow cooked with mutton, is one of our signature dishes and something of a real treat. Masala Dosa made from sautéed spices, potatoes and fried onions is another very well received dish and a firm favourite on any South Indian banquet.
